These General Terms and Conditions of Sale ("GTCS") apply specifically to product sales made remotely via the French e-commerce site ("Site") at https://junjuhomespace.com/, whose registered office is located at 3111 S Marc Dr Tucson, Az 85730-1824 United States ("Seller"), and to any individual or legal entity ("Buyer") placing an order via the Site.

Any order placed on the Site implies the Buyer's unreserved acceptance of these GTCS, which prevail over any other document, including any catalog, brochure or commercial communication from the Seller. The Seller reserves the right to modify these GTCS at any time, with the modifications taking effect immediately on the Site; the applicable GTCS are those in force on the day the order is placed by the Buyer.

Article 1 – Purpose of the GTCS

The purpose of these GTCS is to define the rights and obligations of the parties within the framework of the online sale of products offered by the Seller on its Site, as well as the terms and conditions for placing, confirming, paying for, delivering and terminating orders. They apply to all sales made on the Site, without exception or restriction.

Article 3 – Products offered for sale

The products offered for sale on the Site are described precisely in the corresponding product sheets, including their essential characteristics, composition, price and any restrictions. The Seller strives to ensure the accuracy of the information and visuals presented on the Site, however, minimal differences may appear between the actual product and its visual representation, particularly in terms of colorimetry.

Products are offered within the limits of available stock. In the event of unavailability of a product after validation of the order, the Seller will inform the Buyer by e-mail as soon as possible and will proceed with the cancellation and full refund of the amounts paid for the unavailable product, without additional charges.

Article 4 – Product prices

All prices indicated on the Site are expressed in Euros (€), all taxes included (TTC), including VAT at the rate in force in France. Delivery, processing or shipping costs are indicated separately before the order is validated and are added to the price of the products.

The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time, without prior notice; the applicable price is that indicated on the Site at the time the order is placed by the Buyer. Promotions, discounts and special offers are valid within stock limits and for the period indicated on the Site.

Article 5 – Placing an order

The Buyer places their order on the Site by following these steps:

1. Selection of desired products and adding them to the shopping cart;

2. Verification of order details and possible modification of the cart;

3. Filling in delivery and billing details;

4. Express acceptance of these GTCS;

5. Validation and payment of the order.

After payment validation, the Seller sends the Buyer an order confirmation email, summarizing all order details (products, price, delivery costs, contact details). This email constitutes proof of the conclusion of the sales contract between the parties.

The Seller reserves the right to cancel any suspicious, fraudulent or non-compliant order with these GTCS, particularly in the event of non-compliance with the terms of sale, without compensation or indemnity.

Article 6 – Payment terms
Payment for the order is made in full at the time of its validation, via the payment methods offered on the Site (bank cards, secure online payment, etc.). All payments are made via secure payment platforms, in accordance with banking and European regulations in force.

The Buyer guarantees that they have the necessary rights to use the selected payment method. In case of payment refusal by the banking institution, the order will be automatically cancelled.

Payment data is encrypted and is not stored or used by the Seller for commercial purposes, in accordance with GDPR regulations.

Article 7 – Product delivery

Products are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the Buyer during the order, within the time frame indicated on the product sheet and at the time of order validation. Delivery times are calculated from the date of order confirmation by the Seller.

Delivery costs are borne by the Buyer, unless otherwise indicated and special offer from the Seller. The Seller makes every effort to meet the agreed delivery times; however, delays may occur in case of force majeure, strike, exceptional weather conditions or any event beyond the Seller's control.

The Buyer is required to check the condition of the package upon receipt. In case of damaged package, loss or missing content, the Buyer must make a written reservation with the carrier within 48 hours of receipt, and inform the Seller by e-mail within the same period.

Article 8 – Right of withdrawal and returns

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a right of withdrawal allowing them to exercise their right of withdrawal within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of receipt, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.

To exercise this right, the buyer must send a request for withdrawal to the seller by email and return the item in its original packaging, in perfect and unused condition, within thirty (30) days from the notification of their withdrawal to the seller. Customized products, perishable products, unsealed audio or video products are not subject to the right of withdrawal, in accordance with current legislation.

Article 9 – Legal guarantees

The Seller is subject to the mandatory legal guarantees provided for by the Consumer Code and the Civil Code, in particular:

- The guarantee of conformity of products, for a period of two years from delivery;

- The guarantee against hidden defects rendering the product unfit for its intended use.

In the event of non-conformity of the product, the Buyer may request the repair or replacement of the product, failing which a price reduction or termination of the contract and full reimbursement. The Buyer must inform the Seller of the lack of conformity within a reasonable time.

Article 10 – Intellectual property
All elements of the Site (texts, images, visuals, logos, graphics, databases) are the exclusive property of the Seller or its partners, and are protected by French and international intellectual property law. Any reproduction, representation, modification or total or partial exploitation of these elements is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization from the Seller.

Article 11 – Protection of personal data

The Seller collects and processes the Buyer's personal data in accordance with the GDPR regulations (General Data Protection Regulation) and the Data Protection Act. The data collected is exclusively used for order processing, product delivery, customer relationship management and invoicing.

The Buyer has a right to access, rectify, delete, limit and port their personal data, which they can exercise by e-mail sent to the Seller. For more details, the Buyer can consult the Site's Privacy Policy.

Article 12 – Liability

The Seller's liability is limited to direct and foreseeable damages resulting from the performance of this sales contract. The Seller cannot be held liable for indirect damages (loss of profits, business disruption, etc.) related to the use of ordered products.

The Seller is not responsible for failures resulting from the Buyer's fault, a case of force majeure or an event beyond its control.

Article 13 – Disputes and applicable law

These GTCS are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these GTCS, the parties will endeavor to resolve the dispute amicably. Failing this, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts of [City of the Seller's registered office].

The Buyer may also resort to consumer mediation or any other alternative dispute resolution method in accordance with current legislation.

Article 14 – General provisions

If one or more clauses of these GTCS are declared null or unenforceable, they will be deemed unwritten without affecting the validity of the other clauses.

The fact that the Seller does not invoke one or more provisions of these GTCS does not constitute a waiver of the right to invoke these provisions later.
